Taxes and Duties

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are located in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Orders and Cancellation

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be canceled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you. 

Sizing

For all made to measure orders, kindly provide and double check the required measurements for customization before checking out while you place an order. We at Swati Golyan will not be responsible for customer sizing errors. We have given you a brief idea on how to take measurements for different items in our Made to Measure bespoke questionnaire for customization requests. You can also contact us at youfirst@swatigolyan.com with any questions regarding measurements and sizing.

Please note:

- If no comments are provided with the order, we will use the standard measurements for the size chosen by the customer in our sample colors.

- Compare your child's measurement to the Size Guide. The figures mentioned there are the ones that the ready garment would consist of.

- If you choose to submit custom measurements, we will take the figures exactly the same as provided by you. Therefore make sure that the chest and waist measurements accommodates some room or "ease".

- We shall leave some seam allowance (approx. 5 cm in total roundness and 1.5 cm for sleeves) at all possible places. This ensures that sizing the garment up or down will rarely be a problem.

Colors

While we have made every effort to display our pieces as accurately as possible as the colors of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as configurations vary. Furthermore, colors might vary in pictures from the actual products. 

Delivery

Product will be delivered in approx 4-5 weeks. Please keep in mind that the production time may increase depending upon the style/outfit ordered, as well as, during busy seasons and holidays. For urgent deliveries/queries(surcharge applies), please contact us on youfirst@swatigolyan.com. Please note that deliveries can also be affected in case of:

1. Incomplete payment
2. Incorrect/inaccurate address details
3. Measurements
4. No response from the customer

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that your order reaches you within time. However, we do not undertake any responsibility for delays caused by delivery companies or external service providers.
