What age do you start from?

We custom make for as small as newborns. 

 

Which fabric do you use as linings?

We generally use 100 % pure high quality soft cotton only. However, there can be a deviation due to the requirement of either the main fabric or style. 

 

Can we add sleeves/length or make any small changes to the existing designs?

Yes, we custom make and hence can make small possible changes. 

 

Can I order an outfit in a different colour than the one pictured?

Yes, we love to personalize. However an additional fee is attached to this service.

 

Can you help me with the sizing? 

You can refer to our carefully curated Size Guide for sizing details. For made to measure sizes, you can refer to the image provided in our sizing section or check “how to take body measurements” on Youtube. 

 

Do you make clothing for boys?

Though we started out as a girls wear label, we now do clothing for boys too.  

 

Do you make Mommy & Me outfits? 

Yes, we do coordinated clothing for mommy and daughter/son. 

 

Do you take custom orders for womenswear?  

We pride ourselves with some of the most beautiful hand embroideries and hence love commission projects for women’s wear. 

 

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in India by an in-house team of experts at our atelier. 

 

Do you accept cash as payment?

We accept cash only in the UAE. 

 

How long will it take to receive my outfit?

Every piece goes through multiple processes and  is handcrafted at our studio. We generally ship out anytime between 30-35 business/working days. In case of urgent orders, you can call us at +971 56 6828536 or email us at youfirst@swatigolyan.com and we shall get back to you.   

 

How do I take the best care of my outfit?

We recommend you to only dry clean the outfits with a reputable drycleaning company. 

 

Can I return or exchange my outfit?

Since we are made to order, its not possible for us to accept returns or exchange but we will be happy to assist you for any alterations if need be.  

 

What if I order multiple products?

If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, you can call us at +971 56 6828536 or email us at info@swatigolyan.com and we shall get back to you on the same.

 

How do I track my order?

You can request your courier tracking number or any other additional information regarding dispatch by emailing us at youfirst@swatigolyan.com with your name and order number. In addition, due to so many variables out of our control we are not responsible for any delays during transit. 

 

What if I want any changes or cancellation of an existing order?

We process orders quickly to get your parcel to you as soon as possible therefore we regret that we are unable to cancel or amend your order once the order has been placed. 

 

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

We ensure that our products are shot in standard light settings which enables rendering them the closest possible to the original colour. However, due to the handmade nature and human element involved at every stage while creating each of our pieces, there may be minor unavoidable variations in the dye, print, or embroideries. We love the character in each item, the handmade nature of our products is what we believe sets them apart.
